1. Use
YA Circular vibrating screen is mainly
applied in coal, Gold Mining Machine, power
generation, to classify building materials, water, light and chemical
industries and other industries and a highly efficient screening machine for
coal, ore, coke and other bulk materials.
2. Working
philosophy and Structural Property
The screen is
powered by an electric motor with eccentric mass about Delta belt drive, so
that screen box to vibrate vibrator, circular with the path of movement of the
screen field.
The Circular vibrating screen is
a screen box, vibrator, damping spring device support and other sub-frame is as
shown in Figure. The screen box uses the expanded ring groove rivet connection
to and is of frame structure.
The vibrator
takes eccentric shaft and eccentric block and the spring damping device with
steel spiral spring.
