Gold Centrifugal Concentrator

 Gold centrifugal Concentrator

Description:

Gold Centrifugal Concentrator is a new type of gravity concerntration equipment for concerntrating gold and other high desity minerals. The contrifuga machine get many advantages compared with other competitive concerntration machines to create high returns for investors.

advantages:
High recovery rate: about our test , the recovery rate for placer gold mine over 90 % and for the rock gold mine when the feed size less than 0.04 mm, the recovery rate to reach 95%.
High efficiency : STLB30 model with a capacity of 3.2 tons / hour. Only a small Gold Mine Equipment could such a high capacity and high recovery rate , it is the most efficient concentration machine to achieve in our factory.
Easy to install : just a small flattened space is required , is the low height , the weight is light . And it's a complete machine before starting the machine, connected only water and electricity.
Easy to adjust : there are only two factors that influence recovery result , water pressure and supply size. By varying water pressure ( between 0.06 to 0.1 ) and feeding size, you can get the best recovery effect .
Easy to use: when the water pressure and feeding set size what you need to do is pick the concentrated material every 2 to 4 hours (depending on the class of mine) .
No pollution : only consume this machine , water and power and exhaust tailings and water , low noise, involved no chemical agents.
Reliable: this machine get a simple and hard structure , the main body through thick steel , and the concentrate cone is made of stainless steel. And the bearings greased , it's running well .

application:

The centrifuge is very efficient in the processing of precious minerals such as gold, niobite , tantalite , lead -zinc , tin, and etc. It can be used not only for alluvial concerntration mines, but also for recovering the hard rock mine . Due to the high recovery rate of this machine, it is also used to recover gold from the tailings .
