Description
This kind of
machine is the transmission mechanism ( left, right) spiral water tank, hoist,
lower support, lubricator, ore dump valve, feed intake, etc. ( See the attached
overview drawing for details) composed.
The water tank
of the Gold Mining Equipment installed at an angle. The tilt angle is determined by the system
configuration of devices in the process flow. The ( left, right) spirals driven
by the transmission mechanism rotates in the water tank. The fine-grained mud
in the water from the development bank inlet on one side and forms a sludge

Description of main parts
(1 )
Transmission mechanism : Ф3000, Ф2400 andФ2000 classifiers consist of a motor,
clutch, speed controller clutch cylinder and bevel gear whileФ1500 andФ1200
classifiers consist of a motor, belts, reduction gear and the spur gear pair.
The transmission mechanism drives the rotation of the spiral.
(2 ) ( left,
right) Spirals Spirals consist of hollow shaft spiral blade holder, iron liners,
etc. The upper ends are in the cross shaft sleeve worn, while the lower ends of
which are supported in the lower support. Hollow shafts with diameters over 500
mm with two semi-circular cross- welded steel plate, so that wave breaking can
