Dry high intensity magnetic separator

The device is a Dry Intensified Magnetic Separator, applicable for separations of ilmenite, rare earth ore, chromite, tungsten and tin ores, limonite, columbium and tantalum ores, zircon, rutile, monazite, andalusite, garnet, kyanite, feldspar, quartz and other minerals with magnetic differences or removal of iron in nonmetallic minerals.

Chromite ore concentrate plant design

Recently more and more clients asked to our factory about the chromite ore Gold Concentration Plant design question. About the chromite ore separation processing, that’s depend on the grade of the chromite ore. If you need concentrate better chromite ore, that you need use more equipments to concentrate it. Chromite ore is famous mineral that for the steel manufacture, use the chromite in steel, the steel get better quality and hardness. So it’s one of the best mineral for metal materials.

As our engineers experiences, gravity concentrate plant is the best one. If the chromite ore is rock, so the crushing is first part of the plant, use the coarse jaw crusher and fine jaw crusher to crushing the rock and get small size that can put into the ball mill to griding very fine particle. After the griding by ball mill, fine size go to the mixing tank with water and goes to the spiral chute to concentrate the chromite concentrate. In our whole plant, the bigger size from ball mill, will screening by the vibrating screen to get small fine size, if the size too big, they will back to ball mill griding again, to make sure the best fine particle size. Our spiral is the best plant for gravity concentrate plant, it’s made by high quality fiberglass with polyurethane coating. The high ratio of recovery is very well, and running without power, economic. The spiral to concentrate the chromite ore that you can get the best high grade chromite ore.

Iron ore dressing plant, iron jig gravity separator, iron jig washer

There are magnetic iron ore like magnetite and weak magnetic iron ore like liminite, hematite, specularite, and for these two kinds of different iron ore, different upgrading way will be involved. For manganetic iron ore, magnetic separator is prior to be considered to get the high grade iron concentrate. But if magnetic separation is still used for the weak magnetic iron beneficiation, a large plant investment will be needed because it needs strong intensity Iron ore magnetic separator to work. However, here gravity separation can also work for the weak magnetic iron ore. So when the gravity separation can be used? Firstly, the inlay size of iron granules shall be coarse with clear bounds with the other gangue, and crushing can dissociate the iron grain from the raw gangue. Second, there shall be density difference between the iron granules and the other inlayed gangue. On both conditions, the iron ore can be upgrading by gravity separation machine. Here the iron jig machine has been introduced as the ideal separation gravity separation for weak magnetic iron ore. Test can be done if samples about 15kg can be available.

Gravity plant concentrate lead and copper in Iran

Recently one of our customer from Iran want to build a gravity Centrifugal gold concentrator plant for the lead and copper. The customer has 2 mine area, all of them is the rock ore. The first one is rock lead ore, the analysis report shows the lead ore with 3.2% lead and 27g/t silver grade. And the other copper ore with 8.54% copper, 32g/t silver. These 2 mine area is rich of lead and copper. The customer want to choose the gravity concentrate plant, caused the gravity plant is more environmental friendly plant than flotation concentrate plant.

As their purpose, they want to get the lead at least up grade to 20% copper concentrate,  50% lead concentrate and get silver concentrate from the tailings. As our engineers experience is just a few difficult to up the grade concentrate. According this situation our engineers talked so much and finally have a plant design flowchart drawing. We configurated the plant including crushing part, grinding part, classifier part and concentrate part. For the plant design our engineers discussion, the gravity plant calculate get the concentrate lead around 25-40%, and the copper concentrate about 18%. The plant including use coarse jaw crusher, fine jaw crusher, ball mill, spiral classifier and shaking table. Use the ball mill can get the fine particle size less than 0.074mm, and the shaking table use the fine deck to get the concentrate lead and copper.

Our customer is interest in our plant, and they will have a factory visit. Before the order, they also need get more information from our factory, especially in gravity plant concentrate, our factory have many years in this field, so we can do the best for our customer. Small mobile gold trommels with low invest and fast pay back

We have 2 types of small mobile trommel for small gold miner. These trommels are used to recover the gold from alluvial gold, river gold and placer gold ore. the small trommel screen machine is for washing the alluvial gold without clay or with light clay that easy to wash, the trommel screen scrubber machine is for washing the alluvial gold with sticky clay, it can dissolve the clay from the gold mine.

It is very easy to operate or maintain the machine, only need 1-2 people for this small gold plant.

The machine processing capacity is 5-10tons/hour; cost only few thousand us dollars. The investment can be pay back very soon. It is the best choice for small gold mining equipment, or as a start plant before mass mining. 

Mobile gold centrifugal concentrator

To meet customer’s request, JXSC company have developed a new type gold concentrator: the mobile gold centrifugal concentrator. It is movable with wheels very conveniently.

The small model of gold centrifugal concentrator is suitable to make mobile syle, such as model STLB 20, STLB30 and STLB60.

The mobile gold centrifugal concentrator has good function of concentrating gold. Widely used in the gold mining plant, suitable to recovery fine gold with size below 6mm.
