India and Japan signed the agreement on rare earth cooperation



Japanese media said on 28th August, Japan next week will sign an agreement with India, imported about 2000 tons of rare earth from India, in order to strengthen the channels of diversified import rare earths.

Reports said India will export about 2000 tons to 2300 tons of rare earth, equivalent to about 15% of Japanese enterprises annual usage. As early as February next year, India will export the rare earth to japan. Reports also said, Japan has signed agreement with Vietnam, Kazakhstan on a joint development of rare earth resources in the future.

India's prime minister Modi will visit Japan between August 30th and September 3 rd.

Where to Find & Mine Diamonds

When it comes to finding or mining diamonds, there is very little good information available. Geologists who search the world over for new diamond bearing kimberlite deposits are very guarded about what they know. It's all a secret. The majority of placer miners (those who do their mining in gravels and sands) are economically disadvantaged. Africa comes to mind. These miners don't have much planning or purpose in what they do. They simply go to a beach, river or stream where someone has already found a stone or two, and start digging and panning.
If you apply a little thought and perseverance, you will quickly figure out where pockets of placer diamonds are.

Actually, these precious stones have already been found in our nations rivers and streams. Prospecting gold miners reported quartz-like stones trapped in black sand areas of their sluice boxes..... and threw them back in the waterway in which they were working. They didn't know a diamond from a quartz rock. Or that those small garnets in their gold pan could be indicator minerals of diamond bearing kimberlite pipes. Gold Beneficiation Overview

According the structure of mineral status of gold, the gold mineral can be divided into three categories, the gold mineral gold deposits, gold-bearing minerals and gold minerals contained. The so-called independent gold mineral, refers to gold and gold-bearing minerals in the form of the mineral output of gold, it is the nature of the most important occurrence in the form of gold, the main target of industrial development and utilization.

The current mainstream technology for gold beneficiation, usually by crushing by crusher, then grinding by ball mill, and get the concentrate or tailing by gravity concentrate plant or flotation concentrate plant, finally through chemical method and smelting to get the product gold.

The first part is crushing and grinding, most use jaw crusher to crushing the raw ore, or use cone crusher to get small size ore, most of small or middle plant will choose 2 crushing parts rule as more crusher less grinding to get fine particle size. The second part is gravity concentrate plant, the gravity beneficiation concentrate according different density of different minerals, it’s the main important method for gold recovery. Most equipment as sluice, shaking table, jig separator and centrifugal concentrator etc. The third part is flotation concentrate plant. In China there is more than 80% gold beneficiation plant choose the flotation machine to recover gold. The product after flotation will deliver to smelting factory process. Except those method, also have mixing mercury, cyanide, leaching and melting. The composition of galena is PbS with its good floatability and specific gravity of 7.4-7.6. So the beneficiation of galena lead ore is froth flotation separation and gravity separation. Flotation separation makes use of its floatability to get high grade galena concentrate. Flotation beneficiation processing can help to get high enrichment efficiency, but it requires much about the operator with its high plant investment and high operation cost. However, flotation separation can be unfriendly to environment and it has been limited by government, and it will be taken place by gravity separation. Gravity separation has a low requirement about the operator with its small plant investment, and low operation cost. With reasonable plant allocation, the beneficiation efficiency of gravity separation is even better than flotation separation. So galena lead ore gravity upgrading will be the leading beneficiation method instead of flotation separation.
Galena gravity upgrading works greatly to gain high grade galena lead concentrate on basis of big specific gravity difference between galena and its gangue. The crude galena is crushed and screened to make the galena granules liberated from its gangue. Kind of gravity separators like jigging machine can be used to purify the galena to get galena concentrate and tailings. Machines like crushers, rod mills, jig separator, shaking tables can be involved in galena gravity processing flow sheet. The simple crushing breaks the big blocks into small ones while rod mill, as kind of milling equipment, is used to mill the crushed output to be fine of -5mm without any extensive-milling. Galena lead jig machine can be involved to enrich the milled galena to get the final concentrate and tailings. There shall be some fine granules in the tailings from jigger, so a shaking table can be used to recover the galena in the tailings to improve the recovery.

Construction of Rotary Scrubber



The Rotary Scrubber is constructed of screen material. This allows the smaller gravel and fines to fall through to a sluice or other processing system,while the bigger rocks will move through the drum and be discharged out the back. The ideal screen size willvary depending on the coarseness of gold found in the area ,If the trommel system is working properly ,all of the fine material will drop  through the screens to be processed, and the larger gravels and rocks will discharge out of the black, completely rinsed and without holding onto any dirt or gravel.

Rotary Scrubber are quite simple to build and work excellent when they are constructed properly. The material come in all different sizes from the small units that can be used efficiently by one or two prospectors using shovels all the way up to huge commercial mining operations feeding them with loaders.

The Rotary Scrubber itself does not separate out the gold. it is simply used to help separate and classify material for the further process. On large operations ,the trommel is generally incorporated into an entire wash plant setup so that the smaller material that drops through the trommel is run through simple sluice system to capture the heaviest materials and discharge the lighter sands.

Recovering the gold that has been processed is the same as for any other sluice box . collect the concentrates and use some type of fine gold recovery system to complete the final process and separate the gold.
